nicely located, friendly staff and very helpful. Nice restaurant on site but hotel provides nice complimentary breakfast. parking available for guest and very walkable to shops and diners

We needed to change rooms because of kitchen refrigeration noise from the restaurant downstairs, and the hotel staff quickly accommodated our request easily.

clean comfortable location amenities bar/restaurant staff excellent food is Michelin star quality. hotel rooms could use some sound proofing a little noisy depending on your neighbors

Downtown Chippewa Falls was a big upside surprise: the main street is lively and full of history. Chippewa Falls looks like the set of a movie in 1950. Loved walking and exploring the town, all from the hotel's front door. The hotel was just a mile or so from the highway, but loads better than an impersonal chain hotel right on the highway.
